Cashback Activities Status:

Pending – A new cashback activity has been added and is waiting for verification. At this time you can see your cashback activity but it is not credited to your account balance.

Approved – We have verified with the airline that your reservation is valid and have approved this cashback activity. We have credited your cashback for this reservation to your account. You can always see your current account balance.

Declined – We are unable to verify with the airline regarding your reservation.

Void – This cashback activity has been voided. Usually happens if there are corrections or duplicate activities.

Adjustment – This is a reverse cashback activity. If the travel agency reverses our commission for reasons such as cancellations or disputes, we have to deduct the cashback you have earned for the previous transaction.     Yes, in most cases the travel agent may inadvertently cancel your cashback because they have to change your reservation.
